Cancellation Policy
I kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to the full session fee. No-shows are also subject to the full session fee. Life happens, so please reach out as soon as possible and I'll do my best to accommodate when I can.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time so the next client is not delayed. The full session fee will apply.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major credit cards, debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and cash. Gratuity is appreciated but never expected.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable, do not expire, and may be used toward any service. Text 214.548.7981 to purchase.
Health & Safety
Please notify me of any changes to your health, medications, recent surgeries, or pregnancy at the time of booking. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule — there is no fee for rescheduling due to illness with same-day notice.
Privacy Policy
All client information, intake forms, and session details are held in strict confidence and are never shared with third parties without your written consent. Contact information is used only to communicate about your appointments.
Terms & Conditions
By booking a session, you agree to these policies. Sessions are intended for therapeutic and wellness purposes only. Inappropriate behavior of any kind will result in immediate termination of the session and full payment will be charged.
