Referral time may be accumulated. For example: 2 completed referrals = 60 complimentary minutes — which may be used toward a complimentary 60-minute massage, or added to an eligible service for a longer, more restorative experience.

Yes. First-time massage and facial clients must complete a complimentary video call before booking to make sure my services are the right fit.
Can referral rewards be exchanged for cash?+
No. Referral rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Can referral rewards be transferred to someone else?+
No. Referral rewards are reserved for the client who made the referral.
Can referral rewards be combined with gift cards or promotions?+
Referral rewards may not be combined with SpaFinder, Spa Week, gift cards, or special promotions unless approved.
